The NewStoryBook Magazine (henceforth referred to as 'NewStoryBook') is owned by NewStoryBook Inc. (henceforth referred to as 'us', 'we').
These terms and conditions are meant to clarify agreements between us and content providers (henceforth referred to as 'providers')
that includes writers, doctors, therapists, subject matter experts, dancers, voice artists, illustrators, animators and cartoonists.
Collectively, users and providers are henceforth referred to as 'you'.
NewStoryBook is available via www.newstorybook.com A user of NewStoryBook (henceforth referred to as 'user') is anyone that reads,
browses, follows, likes, comments on, contributes content and or subject matter expertise to us.
Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully to understand your rights and obligations with the continued use of NeewStoryBook. By using NewStoryBook,
it is assumed that you agree to the Terms and Conditions described here.

NewStoryBook is a digital magazine. It is a sociocultural ezine. NewStoryBook covers various verticals or areas of
interest spanning the breadth and depth of users' sociocultural existence. These verticals or areas of interest
include but are not limited to health and wellness, food and nutrition, business, beauty and fashion, travel,
dance, music, movies, books, art, photography, doodles, crosswords, word games, fiction - both prose and
poetry written in English, Hindi and Marathi, finance, social issues like cyber safety, environment
safety etc. NewStoryBook is the digital platform which seeks to curate and present content which
includes but is not limited to stories, essays, articles, interviews, opinions, write-ups,
discussions, questionnaires, projects etc. All content curated and presented by NewStoryBook
focuses on mindfulness and holistic health (mental and physical wellbeing) of its users. The
content is sourced from content providers and readers that adhere to our Terms and Conditions
for provision of original and user (reader and provider) safe content.
Users of NewStoryBook - Readers and Providers
As a user of NewStoryBook you agree to abide by the following specific
Terms and Conditions :
- The content curated and presented by NewStoryBook is free to read and does not ask the readers to pay for being able to read.
- Registration is a process which enables readers to access archived content and read or browse certain content which is subject to registration. Registration is not a paid process.
- During the registration / sign up process, you will provide us with accurate information. We take privacy of information very seriously. A user of NewStoryBook can read the Privacy Policy.
- A user will not copy, modify, reproduce, sublicense, republish, transmit, display or make available, adapt, sell, create derivative works from, or distribute our content unless the user has our explicit permission.
- Where a user has access to submit / post material to us, such material shall be without viruses and / or other harmful technologies such as phishing.
- Where a user has access to submit / post material to us, such material shall not be offensive to any age, religion, gender, race.
- A registered user will not provide access to NewStoryBook to an unregistered person by any means, including sharing of login details. If we suspect sharing of login details, we reserve the right to block the account without notice.
- Where NewStoryBook includes links to external websites, not owned by us, we do not take responsibility for the content and availability of the external website. In clicking such a link, please read the Terms and Conditions of the external website.
- The content provided by NewStoryBook is governed by Indian copyright law.
- You agree that in order to effectively use Neev, you may need to download and activate certain software developed by third parties. In order to use such third-party software and /or technology you may have to accept the terms of a license agreement with that third party. We take no responsibility over the warranty, content and availability of such software and /or technology.
- It is your responsibility to implement safeguards to protect your hardware and /or software from damage.
- By registering, we will add you to our free monthly Newsletter and occasional promotional email. You will have the option to unsubscribe to these.
- As a content providing user, it is your responsibility to ensure that all content provided by you is original (un-plagiarized) and non-offensive to any race, religion, ethnic group, age-group, gender, organization, governing body etc.
- As a content providing user, you are solely responsible for the facts, figures, data, opinions etc. that are part of the content you provide.
- NewStoryBook does not pay/compensate the content providing users for the content submitted by them.
- NewStoryBook may enter into sponsorship deals with organizations/companies/brands/governing bodies / persons etc. for purpose of presentation of content
which advertises/showcases/brands/creates awareness about/gathers user feedback about the products, services, concepts or ideas
propagated/marketed/produced/manufactured/distributed etc. by these organizations/companies/brands/governing bodies/persons etc.
- NewStoryBook will makes readers aware of sponsored content as per applicable rules and regulations with respect to sponsored content.
- You (all users) agree to use NewStoryBook based on the Terms and Conditions stipulated above. In case of a breach, you agree to
compensate us in full for any damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees we incur.
- We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Refer to the bottom of this page for the date the Terms and Conditions were last
updated. Each time you use NewStoryBook, the Terms and Conditions applicable at that time will apply to you.
